The software you run on
Most practices live in Xero or MYOB, a practice management system, Microsoft Office and email. We keep the devices and accounts underneath them healthy, handle updates and add-ins, and deal with the vendors when something breaks, so your team stays on billable work.
Sharing files with clients safely
Emailing returns and financial statements as attachments is how documents end up in the wrong inbox. A client portal, or secure sharing links from Microsoft 365 with sensible expiry and access rules, is safer and easier for clients too.
Fraud aimed at accountants
Fake requests to change bank details, impersonated clients asking for refunds to new accounts, and lookalike emails claiming to be from the IRD all target practices because they move money. Mail filtering, warnings on outside senders and a simple callback rule for any payment change stop most of it.

- Do you support Xero and practice management software?
- We look after the computers, accounts and network they run on, and work with the vendor's support team when the problem is inside their software. Xero and most practice software run in the browser, which keeps things simple.
- What about our obligations for client data?
- Accountants have duties under the Privacy Act 2020 and professional confidentiality standards. The security baseline in every plan is the kind of reasonable safeguard those expect, and it is documented so you can show it.
- Can you work around our busy periods?
