IT support · Real estate offices
IT for agents who work from their cars, not their desks.
Real estate runs on phones, laptops and email, mostly away from the office. Agents join and leave often, every listing comes with a stack of documents, and deposits make agencies a favourite target for email fraud. We look after offices of 5 to 30 people: devices that work anywhere, new agents set up the same day, and the email and payment controls that stop a deposit going to the wrong account.
Agents on the move
Agents work from phones and laptops in cars, cafes and open homes. Every device is managed so email, files and listings are available anywhere, updates happen automatically, and a lost phone can be locked and wiped in minutes.
People come and go
Agents join and leave more often than in most businesses. New starters get their laptop, phone, email and access to the right systems the same day. When someone leaves, their access is closed straight away and their email and files stay with the office.
Stopping deposit fraud
Criminals impersonate agents, lawyers and vendors to send fake bank details for deposits. Multi-factor sign-in stops them taking over your email, filtering catches lookalike senders, and a firm rule that bank details are never changed by email alone closes the gap that remains.
The office still matters
Reception, meeting rooms, the screens in the window and the printer that produces every listing pack are looked after on the same plan.
Questions people ask
Before you get in touch
- Can agents use their own phones?
- Yes. Work email and files can be kept in a separate, managed space on a personal phone, so the office controls its data without touching the agent's photos and messages. When they leave, only the work data is removed.
- Do you support our CRM and listing software?
- Most real estate systems run in the browser. We look after the devices, accounts and sign-in, and work with the vendor when a problem is inside their software.
- What if an agent's email is compromised?
- Access is locked down at once, recent sign-ins are reviewed, and anyone who may have received a fake request is warned. Every plan includes a written incident plan, so the office knows what to do in the first hour.
